What Happened?

17 December 2010: The first of a chain of drone strikes struck two moving vehicles in the Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency (FATA, Pakistan). Western intelligence claimed that all victims were “suspected militants.”

However, there is no independent verification of the identities of those killed. Neither official records nor local testimony confirm who the casualties were, or whether they had any militant affiliations.

The names, ages, and civilian status of the victims remain undocumented.
