What Happened?
24 February 2011: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a car and house in the Muhammad Khel area of Datta Khel Tehsil. This attack reportedly occurred at 1900 hours. News sources reported that seven people were killed, including two Turkmen militants.
Data published years later by FATA officials places the death count at 4, who were all labelled as ‘locals’. No independent inquiry has been made to learn the identities of the victims, including if whether they were civilians or militants.
