What Happened?
04 September 2011: A U.S. drone strike destroyed an unknown target in an unknown area of North Waziristan. This attack was reported by Aaj TV, a local Pakistani channel, with no coverage from any other domestic or international channel.
This attack happened during the Eid Holidays. There is no information available about the casualties, except that seven people were reportedly killed. Data published by FATA officials years later has no mention of this U.S. drone strike. This is one of the least reported and most obscure U.S. drone attacks in the region.
