What Happened?
04 October 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house adjacent to a mosque in the Musakki area of North Waziristan. This attack happened at around 1930 hours. An investigation by the German Intelligence concluded that this strike had killed German citizens including Binyamin Erdogan and Shahab Dashti.
While it claimed by media reports that nearly 10 militants had been killed, a statement released by the militant groups identified five casualties. Three of these casualties are alleged to have been civilians – pregnant women and children. The contradictory accounts mean that this attack is considered undocumented.
