What Happened?
07 November 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house and car in the Loli Faqiran Saidgi village of Ghulam Khan Tehsil. This attack happened at around 1940 hours. Media reports allege that as many as nine people were killed in this attack, with some agencies reporting that the dead were local tribesmen, indicating possible civilian casualties.
Data published years later by FATA officials indicate that 8 local people were killed in this attack. It is notable that Taliban identified three alleged CIA informants and executed them in the aftermath of this attack. The nature of the U.S. drone casualties have never been identified, leaving this attack undocumented.
