What Happened?
01 September 2015: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house in the Karwanda Manzarkhel area of Datta Khel Tehsil. Some other reports indicate the area to instead be the Lawara Banga area of Shawal Tehsil. This strike reportedly occurred at around 2300 hours.
AP quoted Pakistani security officials as reporting that the premise contained Afghan and Uzbek fighters. The Express Tribune reported the attack to have taken place in an entirely different location altogether. The identities of the casualties have never been learned.
