What Happened?

20 June 2011: A US drone missile struck a home in the Zarakai Kamar Mela area of Kurram Agency (FATA, Pakistan). Local media reports that between 2 and 5 people were killed in the attack.

Despite Western claims of killing militants, there is no independent verification of the deceased.

Later local documentation efforts (concluding that the deceased were non-local) are unclear on whether they reported on this drone attack or on another that occurred on the same day, leaving this attack arguably undocumented.
