Date: 27/01/2011
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Victims: 3 civilians killed
What Happened?
27 January 2011: Armed with unlicensed weapons and living in unregistered safe houses, CIA agent Raymond Davis shot and killed two young men on a motorbike from inside his car. He then proceeded to trample through traffic to evade arrest from the police.
Responding to his call for backup, another patrol of CIA agents in Lahore reversed their armoured car into an innocent biker and trampled his body. These agents were flown out of Pakistan before they could be arrested.
Raymond Davis was arrested for three months, until the U.S. Government paid Blood Money / Diyat to the victims’ families on 15th March 2011.
Two days later, the U.S. armed forces struck a civilian jirga in North Waziristan (Pakistan’s federally administered tribal areas), killing at least 44 civilians and injuring 10.
