What Happened?

01 December 2005: A U.S. drone-launched hellfire missile struck a house in the North Waziristan Agency of Pakistan’s federally administered tribal areas. The attack killed at least two children and one woman, along with Abu Hamza Rabia and two men who were alleged by the CIA to be militants.

This was the second drone attack on Abu Hamza Rabia in less than a month. The previous attack had failed to assassinate Rabia but had killed at least 8 innocents, including 3 children.

Casualties: Hamza Rabia, Suleiman Al Moghrabi, Amer Azizi, Raquel Burqos Garcia, Nooz Aziz (8), and Abdul Wasit (17).
