What Happened?

26 October 2008: A U.S. drone attack targeted a house in Mandata area of Shakai Valley in South Waziristan Agency. CIA alleged that that attack targeted the militant network of Maulvi Nazir and had killed 20 militants.

However, no substantial independent verification of the killed people exist, including their militant or civilian status. Some media reports from the time provide some names of those killed, including children.

Possible casualties: Elda Jan, Shakum, Nasullah, Umar, Naeem.
