What Happened?
29 June 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house in the Kari Kot area, or the Leman Village of Ghoi Khwa area, of Wana Tehsil. The timing of this attack is unknown. The attack reportedly targeted the house of a local Maulana Halimullah. Media reports allege that up to 10 people were killed.
The casualties allegedly included Hamza Al-Jufi, an Egyptian who had been living in Waziristan for a long time. No other credible information is available about the identities of the other casualties.
