What Happened?
20 May 2011: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a car on the Isha – Razmak road near Isha or Spalaga, at the Thall Picket. This attack reportedly occurred at around 1800 hours. Media reports allege that 6 ‘suspected militants’ were killed.
A nearby house was also reportedly ‘completely’ destroyed by a stray missile. It has never been learned if whether there were any casualties.
A FATA document released years later by the FATA Secretariat in Peshawar alleges that a double-cabin car was destroyed, killing 6 people. Two of them were reportedly ‘foreigners’.
Therefore, this U.S. drone strike is undocumented.
