What Happened?

23 June 2009: Possibly multiple U.S. drone missiles failed to hit vehicles filled with people as they escaped from the Makin Funeral Massacre that had killed dozens of people.

This is a failed attack that yielded no casualties; therefore, it is not possible to determine whether the targets were militants or civilians.
