What Happened?
25 July 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house in the Tapi Tool Khel area of Ghulam Khan Tehsil. The precise casualty count varies greatly between news sources, with some sources claiming as many as 12 deaths. It was reported that ‘suspected militants’ of the Haqqani Network had been targeted.
However, there has never been any independent inquiry to determine if whether the casualties were civilians or militants.
