What Happened?
15 July 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house in the Sherani area of Datta Khel Tehsil. It was alleged by news agencies that suspected militants were killed.
BBC quoted testimony from local tribal elders that said most of the dead were civilians staying in a village house. Their names and identities have never been learned. It is unknown how many civilians were killed in this high-casualty attack.
