What Happened?
27 December 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed two vehicles in either the Shera Tala or Wach Narai area of Mirali. This attack happened at around 0955 hours. Media reports indicated that multiple local Taliban commanders, including Fazal Amin, Qari Ahsanullah, Qari Muneeb, and Zahid Mendev.
Data published by FATA officials years later indicate that 20 local people were killed in this attack. Interviews conducted by the Associated Press in 2012 indicated that all the casualties were militants.
