What Happened?

01 November 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a house in the Haider Khel area of Mirali. The attack happened at around 0635 hours. The house reportedly belonged to a man named Ahmed Ali Daur. Little else information is available except that the media reports claimed the death of ‘suspected militants’. It was reported that five drones had taken part in this attack.

Data published by FATA officials years later allege that 5 locals were killed in this attack. Given the lack of any on-the-ground or independent inquiry, this attack is considered undocumented.
