What Happened?
14 September 2010: A U.S. drone strike at 1830 hours destroyed a car in the Qutab Khel area of Miranshah. Media reports alleged that Haqqani Network militants were targeted, an allegation that was later confirmed.
The Express Tribune confirmed that Saifullah Haqqani, a close relative of the network’s leader Sirajuddin Haqqani, was among the dead.
