What Happened?
27 June 2010: A U.S. drone strike destroyed a car and a house in the Tapi Tool Khel area of Miranshah. Some sources claim that the building was a seminary. It is alleged by some reports that the Taliban commander Hamza Mehsud was killed.
Data published by FATA officials indicate that this building could have been the hideout of Amir Hamza group. However, no independent inquiry has ever been done on the rest of the casualties, leaving this attack undocumented.
