I am an independent investigative journalist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. My work focuses on documenting and investigating civilian casualties associated with the CIA drone campaign in Pakistan’s former tribal areas.
I am currently leading a long-term project (One Minute Massacres – OMM) to preserve evidence, testimonies, and historical records relating to drone strikes conducted between 2004 and 2018.
